📌 Membership & Organizational Terms
Membership Validity
The membership ID is issued only once and remains valid for a lifetime, unless the member violates any organizational rules.
Application Rights
The organization reserves the right to reject or cancel any application at its sole discretion, without providing any specific reason.
Unauthorized Use
No member is allowed to use the organization's name, logo, trademark, or title without prior written permission from the organization.
Financial Restrictions
No member is authorized to collect donations, monetary contributions, or financial aid on behalf of the organization. Similarly, no one shall claim or attempt to avail discounts, benefits, or privileges using the organization's name.
Misconduct & Termination
If a member is found involved in any illegal activity or misuses their ID card, their membership will be terminated immediately, and the ID must be surrendered.
Activity Monitoring
The organization reserves the right to monitor and review the activities of its members to ensure adherence to its mission and values.
Lost or Stolen ID
If any member's ID card is lost or stolen, they must immediately notify the organization.
Adherence to Law
Members are advised not to take the law into their own hands — the law is equal for all.
Voluntary Ranks
All ranks and designations within the organization are voluntary and unpaid.
Mandatory Training
Selected members may be required to attend mandatory training sessions as per the organization's policy.
Media Representation
No member is allowed to represent the organization in the media or on public platforms without written authorization from the organization.
Code of Ethics
All members must strictly uphold the code of ethics and follow the rules and regulations of Animal Crime Control at all times.
